Vivienne Westwood decided to recycle the grass and wine stain prints from previous summer collections for SS13, taking inspiration from Manet’s ‘Le Dejeuner sur l’Herbe’, resulting in a collection of summer tailoring with a twist, loose knits, suede slippers and a flower garland or two.
